I’ve been busy today, setting up for the Greater North Texas Orchid Society show. As usual, I have an exhibit that’s my entry for the judging (art category) plus my vendor table. It’s always fun hanging around with the orchid folks.

While visiting some of the other vendors’ tables I found an orchid I’ve been looking for the past 30 years. It must be fate. I just know this beautiful orchid is coming to live in my greenhouse. Take a look. It’s a species from the Philippines and its name is “Phalaenopsis mariae”. It has the most glorious fragrance.
